Mr. Stanley Samuel Mitchell age 86, a resident of Elmore, AL passed away on Thursday February 17, 2022. Private Graveside services with military honors will be held from Davis Annex Cemetery. Mr. Mitchell was retired from bridge construction. He was preceded in death by his parents William & Hattie Mitchell, his wife Genia Mitchell. He is survived by his sons Ricky Royal, Kenny Royal & daughter Michelle Mitchell Williams, eight grandchildren & eight great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Jason Royal, Jacob Royal, Donald Merritt, Mike Thrasher & Matthew Hart. Family and friends will assemble at the graveside. Brookside Funeral Home, Crematorium & Memorial Gardens of Millbrook, AL directing.
