Mr. Perry Bullard Stephens III age 72, a resident of Millbrook, AL passed away on Sunday, August 1, 2021 at his home. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. from Pineview Memorial Gardens with Rev. Stanley Pruitt officiating. Mr. Stephens, III was preceded in death by his parents Perry Bullard Stephens, Jr. & Ola Jeanette Hale Stephens, his wife Debra Stephens. He served in the USAF and was retired from CSX Railroad as a special agent. He was a member of the former Catoma Street Church of Christ in Montgomery, AL. He is survived by hissons Perry "Chip" Stephens IV, daughter Mandy Cook (Blake), sister Jan Manuel (Butch) grandchildren Tyller Cook, Stephanie Cook, Kayla Stephens, Maddy Stephens and a special heartfelt "Thank You' to friends Lisa Andrews & Brian & Kerri Bradford for all they have done. The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 5, 2021 from 2:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Brookside Funeral Home, Crematorium & Memorial Gardens of Millbrook, AL directing.
