Mr. Keith Franklin Sowell age 60, a resident of Montgomery, AL passed away on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at his home. Graveside services will be held on Sunday, December 5, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. from Abbeville Memorial Cemetery East in Abbeville, AL. Mr. Sowell was a member of the former Capital Heights United Methodist Church and retired from the State of Alabama Department of Transportation as a engineer. Keith was preceded in death by his parents Cecil Franklin Sowell & Lottie Bailey Sowell Huntsman. He is survived by his sons Adam Sowell (Jo-Ellen), Aaron Sowell (Jessica), daughters Annon Cooper (Blake), brother Jeff Sowell, sister Cecilia Howell (Clint), five grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Adam Sowell, Aaron Sowell, Blake Cooper, Jeff Sowell, Clint Howell & Ward Chesser. Friends will assemble at the graveside. Brookside Funeral Home, Crematorium & Memorial Gardens of Millbrook, AL directing.
