Mrs. Kathryn "Katy" Elizabeth Thompson age 80, a resident of Millbrook, AL passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2022, at her residence. Graveside services will be held on Monday, March 28, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. from Brookside Memorial Gardens with Rev. Jimmy Whitworth officiating. Mrs. Thompson was retired from Revlon Cosmetics Company. Mrs. Thompson was preceded in death by her parents Floyd Ricketts and Mildred Daniel Ricketts, husband Dennis H. Thompson, son Dennis H. Thompson II, daughter Cynthia E. Thompson, sister Margaret Crum, JoAnna Roebuck. She is survived by her daughter Kristina Headley (Michael), brother Thomas Ricketts (Linda), sister Nancy Cassity, seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Family and friends will assemble at the graveside. Brookside Funeral Home, Crematorium & Memorial Gardens of Millbrook, AL directing.
