Mr. Alfred Arthur Jolly age 67, a resident of Thorsby, AL passed away on January 12, 2022 at St. Vincents Hospital in Clanton, AL. Funeral services for Mr. Jolly will be held on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Brookside Funeral Home with Rev. Eugene Young officiating. The interment will follow at Brookside Memorial Gardens. Mr. Jolly was a retired truck driver. He served also in the United States Army. He was preceded in death by his parents Jack Ocheal Jolly and Eloise Carolyn Young, his grandson Joshua Taten Chavers and brother Bobby Gartin. He is survived by his children Jenny Yancey (Brandon), Carolyn NaeNae Bundy (DeWayne), Allen Jolly (Janice), Kevin Daniell (Ann), Becky Chavers (Grit), brothers Michael Dubose, Chris Dubose, sisters Carol Smith (Timmy), Lynn Barrentine, April Ware (Tim), grandchildren Tray Speigner, Chelsea Eagen, Shade Speigner, Adrian Bundy, Brianna Lapointe, Kaci Jolly, Madison Jolly, Abbigale Jolly, Jackson Jolly, Kailey Jolly, Courtney Shay, Mason Daniell, Austin Daniell, Leslie Daniell, Rylee Daniell, Kayla Chavers & Hannah Chavers. six great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and special loving furbaby Pepper. Pallbearers will be Tony Dubose, Drew Worrells, Tray Speigner, Shade Speigner, Mason Daniell & Taylor Dubose. Honorary pallbearers will be Austin Daniell, Alex Brown, Tyler Gillen and longtime best friend Ron Tucker. The family will receive friends on Monday, January 17, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:0 p.m. at the funeral home. Mask are required to be worn to visitation and funeral services while in the facility.
